The loyalty program was created and taken into effect on May 1, 2025. It rewards customers for every performed transfer and referring others as well.
How It Works
Earn points with every transfer. Every completed transfer between Palmas and San Juan earns you 20 points. You can book for you, or anyone else. Points will still apply.
Refer a Friend
You’ll earn 5 points for every transfer between Palmas and San Juan made by a customer you refer directly to us. No limit. Only referrals made from the program creation date of May 1, 2025 will be valid, and only your direct or first line referrals will count for points.
Redeem Your Points
Any time that you accumulate 500 points, you'll be prompted to choose between one of the following options:
A) Let it be automatically applied to your next service.
B) To hold it so you can choose when to redeem it later.
C) Donate your free ride for whenever a rescued puppy from flightangels.com needs to get to the airport. Or, to a person of your choice.
If no option is selected, option A will be automatically applied. Note that whenever you chose option B or C, the free ride can be hold up to 1 year from redemption date.
Cancelations
If you cancel at any moment a previous booked transfer, points won't be applied. If for any reason we cancel a previous booked transfer, you'll still get your points.
Ride Sharing
Ride sharing grants you an 18% discount. However, you keep full points.
Points Expiration
Any accumulated points expire on December 31 of every year.
Account
On 2026, the points system changed from individual to household. Now anyone on the same house can contribute to the same goal. Leveraging your way to a free ride.
Points per mile
You earn approximately 0.5 points per every traveled mile. Or 0.12 points per every traveled mile by anyone you've referred. Consider this whenever you book a transfer to any destination besides Palmas <-> San Juan route.
